$640 per employee per year is gained by every employer group starting with the school district. This is for employer groups of 25 or more full time W-2 employees.

Health insurance premiums are SLASHED in numerous ways

Workman's comp premiums are SLASHED by up to 30%.

Another $120 is gained annually from every employee in every employer group signing up directly under the district.

The school district can receive more revenue - from other employer groups in addition to its own.

 

- $120 MORE per employee per year from other groups: This is $10 MORE per employee per month for all those employees in groups beyond yours.

 

This program raises more funds for the district WHILE ALSO benefiting other employer groups. 

 

$3 per employee per month is paid to the connector for solidifying a successful connection between the district leadership and the company representatives.

$3 for every 1000 employees is $3000 per month ongoing and $36,000.00 annual each year with every employer group participating.

The compensation plan for connectors is maxed out at $252,000 in annual revenue. This is for one position and a total group participation of 7000 employees.

A husband - wife team having two positions can qualify for $504,000 in annual revenue.

A referral partner receives $3.00 per month per employee with every employer group added by the referral partner.

This is a very lucrative position. The school can receive far more revenue with members of the community giving business cards to employer groups.

In this case, the referral partner can be either the school or the community partner.

1000 employees = $3000 monthly income - $36,000.00 annual

The presenter is tasked with presenting to the district leadership, community business leaders, and members of the community  - all aspects of the deficit reduction program.

For every 1000 employees, $3000 is paid each month - $36,000 annually.

The presenter position can profit from many opportunities - small, medium, large, and very large. 

This position has unlimited opportunity.

The emailer receives $1 per employee per month per employer group.

 

This is a large opportunity with groups of all sizes - small, medium, large, and very large groups. ​

This is revenue from school districts, business groups, and local employer groups of all kinds supporting them.

This could very well be the best paid email job in history.

The emailer is responsible for developing lists of school board members and emailing them and district administration regarding our offer. 

This position is limited to a $250,000 annual revenue.
